01The provider and the scope of these Terms

These General Terms and Conditions (Terms) set out the conditions of using the TippLogic service available at tipplogic.com (the Service). The Service is operated by (the Provider):

These Terms apply to every visitor of the site, to registered users and to buyers of VIP membership (together: User). By registering or ordering VIP membership, the User declares that they have read and accept these Terms. Version of the current Terms: 2026-10-10.

The Service is governed in particular by Hungarian Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce, Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on contracts between consumers and businesses, Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.) on contracts for digital content and digital services, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02Definitions

• Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
• Guest: a visitor browsing without registering.
• Free member: a registered User without a valid VIP membership.
• VIP member: a User with a valid, paid VIP membership.
• Tip:a probability estimate for a possible outcome of a match made by the Provider's own statistical model, and the suggestion based on it.

03What the Service is

TippLogicis a data-driven football analysis site. The Provider's own, continuously developed model calculates probabilities from publicly available sports data (for example 1X2, goals, both teams to score, combined markets), turns them into tips, slip suggestions and statistics, and offers live match analysis (live radar).

Tips and statistics are based on the data available before kick-off; if pre-match data (such as squad changes or injuries) is updated, the tips of matches not yet started may change. The Provider publishes the results of settled tips publicly on the statistics page, including the unsuccessful ones.

The sports data used comes from third parties. The Provider aims for accurate data but takes no responsibility for its completeness, timeliness or correctness.

04Not gambling, not advice

The outcome of sports events is uncertain; a probability calculated by the model never means a certain result, and a past hit rate does not guarantee a future one. Whether the User bets based on a tip is the User's own decision and responsibility. Only risk money you can afford to lose. Help is available on the Responsible gaming page.

Only bet with operators licensed where you live (in Hungary: under Act XXXIV of 1991 on gambling). The Provider does not promote unlicensed gambling operators. It is the User's responsibility to check whether they may take part in sports betting under the law of their place of residence.

05Registration, age, account

The Service may be used only by people aged 18 or over. When registering, the User declares that they are over 18. If the Provider learns that a User is a minor, it closes the account immediately and refunds any fee the minor may have paid.

Registration needs a username, a password and an e-mail address. The User must give real data, keep the password secret and not let anyone else use the account. One person may use one account. The User is responsible for actions taken with the account unless they prove that someone else took them for reasons the User is not responsible for. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell the Provider at once: support@tipplogic.com.

Registration is free and creates a user contract for an indefinite period, which the User can end at any time without giving a reason (see termination).

06Membership levels

The Provider may develop the content of the Service. It does not reduce the essential content of VIP membership (access to all daily tips) to the VIP member's disadvantage during the period paid for.

07VIP membership: prices, ordering, payment

Prices and duration

The current price and duration of the VIP plans are on the VIP page. Prices are final (gross) prices in euros payable by the consumer; no other fee or cost is charged. Prices include VAT at the rate in force. Duration of the plans from activation: weekly plan 7 days, monthly plan 1 calendar month, yearly plan 12 calendar months.

VIP membership does not renew automatically and involves no recurring charges. If renewed before it ends, the new period starts when the current one ends. A price change does not affect a period already paid for.

How to order

1. The User logs in and chooses a plan on the VIP page.
2. In the order summary the User checks the plan, the duration and the total to pay, gives an e-mail address for the confirmation, and can change or cancel the order at any time with the “Back” button. Input errors can be corrected in the summary before the order is sent.
3. The User accepts these Terms and expressly asks for the service to start immediately (see right of withdrawal).
4. By pressing “Order with obligation to pay” the User makes an offer that involves an obligation to pay.

The Provider confirms the order by e-mail without delay and within 48 hours at the latest. The contract is concluded by the confirmation. If no confirmation arrives within 48 hours, the User is released from the offer. The contract is concluded electronically and is not a written contract; the Provider does not file it, but keeps the order data in the User's account and in the confirmation e-mail. The language of the contract is the language of the site version the User uses (English or Hungarian). The Provider has not subscribed to a code of conduct.

Payment and activation

The Provider gives the payment method in the order confirmation (for example bank transfer). VIP membership is activated when the payment arrives, and the User is notified in their account. The Provider issues an invoice for the price as required by law.

08Right of withdrawal (14 days)

A User who is a consumer may withdraw from the VIP contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)). The withdrawal is in time if the User sends the statement before the deadline.

Request for immediate performance. VIP membership starts as soon as the payment arrives. When ordering, the User expressly asks the Provider to start providing the service before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledges that

• if they withdraw after performance has started, they must pay the Provider a proportionate amount for the service provided until the withdrawal (the Provider deducts it from the refund);
• after the service has been fully performed (when the period paid for has ended) the right of withdrawal ends (Government Decree 45/2014, section 29(1)(a)).

How to withdraw. Tell us your decision with a clear statement, for example by e-mail to support@tipplogic.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. The Provider confirms receipt of the withdrawal by e-mail without delay.

Refund. The Provider refunds the price paid (less the proportionate amount) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same payment method as the User used, unless the User expressly agrees to another. The refund causes the User no extra cost. Withdrawal ends VIP access.

09Performance, availability, conformity

The Provider aims to keep the Service available continuously. Temporary interruptions may happen because of maintenance, development, outages or faults of third parties (data providers, hosting provider). The Provider announces planned maintenance in advance where possible.

The Service must conform to the contract and to the requirements of Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.). If the Service does not conform, the consumer may, as the law provides, ask for it to be brought into conformity or, if that is not possible or the Provider does not do it, ask for a proportionate price reduction or end the contract. Report faults to support@tipplogic.com. If the VIP service is unavailable for more than 24 hours for reasons the Provider is responsible for, the Provider adds the lost time to the VIP membership.

Whether a tip wins or loses is not a lack of conformity: the Provider offers probability analysis, not results.

10Liability

The Provider is not liable for damage arising from the User betting or making other decisions based on tips or statistics; in particular it is not liable for losses on bets. Nor is it liable for errors in third-party data, or for damage caused by faults of the internet or of the User's devices.

This limitation does not affect the Provider's liability for breaches of contract caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or that harm life, physical integrity or health (Hungarian Civil Code section 6:152), nor the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

11Intellectual property, prohibited use

The content of the site (in particular the tips, analyses, statistics, graphics, the software and the TippLogicname and design) is the Provider's intellectual property, protected by Hungarian Act LXXVI of 1999 on copyright and other laws. The User may use the content only for their own, non-commercial information.

It is prohibited in particular:

• to pass on, publish or sell VIP content, or to share an account;
• to query the site automatically, scrape data, or get around access restrictions or content protection;
• to disrupt or overload the Service or exploit security flaws;
• to use the Service for unlawful purposes.

In the event of prohibited use the Provider may suspend or close the account after notifying the User, or with immediate effect for serious or repeated breaches. In that case the price paid is not refunded, as far as the law allows.

12Termination, deleting the account

The User may end the user contract at any time without giving a reason by asking for the account to be deleted at support@tipplogic.com. Deleting the account also ends VIP membership; the price of a VIP period already started is not refunded, except in the case of withdrawal or lack of conformity.

At the User's request the Provider suspends the account for a set period or permanently (self-exclusion) if the User notices gambling-related risk in themselves.

The Provider may end the user contract with 30 days' notice by e-mail, or discontinue the Service; in that case it refunds the price of the unused part of the VIP membership pro rata.

13Complaints and enforcement

Send complaints about the Service to support@tipplogic.com. The Provider investigates the complaint and replies in writing, on the merits, within 30 days; if it rejects the complaint it gives its reasons. The Provider keeps the complaint and the reply for the period required by consumer protection law.

If the complaint cannot be settled, the consumer can:

• Conciliation body: turn to the conciliation body where they live or stay, or, on request, where the Provider is registered. The procedure is free for the consumer and the Provider must cooperate. • Consumer protection authority: report to the consumer protection authority where they live.
• Court: enforce their claim in civil proceedings. A consumer living in the European Union can also sue before the court where they live.
• A consumer living in another EU member state can also turn to the European Consumer Centres Network for cross-border disputes.

14Data protection

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, and cookies under the Cookie notice.

15Changes to these Terms

The Provider may change these Terms because of changes in law, in the Service, or for business reasons. It publishes a change on the site at least 15 days before it takes effect and notifies registered Users by e-mail. A change cannot be applied to a VIP period already paid for to the User's disadvantage. If the User does not accept the change, they can end the contract before it takes effect; using the Service after that counts as accepting the change.

16Governing law, other provisions

The contract is governed by Hungarian law. This choice does not deprive a consumer whose habitual residence is in another EU member state of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that state.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the other provisions remain valid. If the Provider does not exercise a right, that does not mean it waives the right for good.
